Avatar Studio, Avatar Glass and Planner now have refreshed guides to help you move from designing a 2D character to using it alongside everyday plans.
New 2D avatar guides

- How to Customize a 2D Avatar — practical ideas for hair, outfits, colors and extras.
- Avatar Planner: Tasks and Daily Routines — connect personalized characters with tasks, events, notes and reminders.
Avatar Glass updates
- Bubble Pop: hold the Home color circle to play. The board fills more of the preview, with compact controls and Back to exit.
- Discovery XP: first-time button exploration, new manual customization choices and first-play game bonuses. Discovery XP has its own 30-XP daily cap; repeated choices and random looks do not earn new manual-choice bonuses.
- Blue XP orbs: glowing rewards travel to your level button or the floating avatar icon, with separate drop and collection sounds that respect mute.
- Button help: hold ordinary buttons for three seconds for an avatar speech bubble. Glow and sparkles build during the hold; special actions retain their own hold behavior and separate information help.
- Level portrait: level updates preserve the portrait instead of replacing it with plain text.
- Theme pets: Auto — Crow/Dove uses Crow at night and Dove by day when no explicit pet is selected.
Customization improvements
Recent work addresses conflicting large extras, cape cleanup after randomization and character preview details. Use manual selections when you want to control a look, and inspect Face, Feet and Full body before moving on.
Keep your real-world plans nearby
Planner supports tasks, events, bills and personalized members. Avatar Glass provides quick access to planning widgets and notes. Reminder behavior depends on the site being open; these features do not verify completed work or promise background push alerts.

Earlier highlights
Fae joined Gremlin, Cat and Unicorn in the character choices. The studio journal includes a Fae guide, character-art stories and a guide to Gremlin Island. Planner guides also cover report cards, sticker counts, weather settings and reminder sounds.
